Активистка из Казахстана подверглась травле после поддержки ЛГБТ+

Активистка из Казахстана Нурбиби Нуркадилова рассказала о буллинге и угрозах после публикации открытого письма в защиту ЛГБТ+ сообщества.

Прежде она написала его в ответ на высказывание бойца ММА Куата Хамитова «Эти люди хуже, чем собаки!» в инстаграме в комментарии к новости о Дне борьбы с гомофобией, бифобией и трансфобией.

В открытом письме Нурбиби Нуркадилова выразила сожаление, что человек с такими взглядами представляет Казахстан на «мировой толерантной арене». Она написала, что считает, что Хамитов должен нести ответственность за свои высказывания — по её мнению, спортсмена обязаны лишить титулов.

Через несколько дней после публикации открытого письма активистка выложила видео, в котором рассказала о травле и угрозах, в основном со стороны поклонников Хамитова.

A few days ago I wrote an open letter to Kuat Khamitov (“Naiman”), a famous MMA fighter. In this letter, I wrote of my dissatisfaction in response to his insulting comment about my community. You can find the full message on my page and an english version on @kokteam ⠀ It caused a wave of negativity towards me, mainly from offended fans of the athlete. ⠀ They bullied me with insults to my sexual orientation, appearance, and other types of negativity. Worst than that though were the threats to the life and health of both my girlfriend and me. They went on to threaten all representatives of the LGBT community and their allies in Kazakhstan. ⠀ Since Kuat Khamitov is a media person, and has a blue checkmark on Instagram confirming this, he is responsible for his statements as one’s audience listens to the opinions of authoritative people. ⠀ In defense of Kuat, his colleague Artem Reznikov spoke out and called for cleansing the earth from people of non-traditional orientation. Together they became the catalyst for the horror that is happening on my page. I am called to battle. They threaten to rape, kill, burn me, etc. ⠀ This is an appeal to people all over the planet! Open your eyes. Do not think that the problem of bullying a minority for their sexual preference is not a serious problem. Hundreds of thousands of people daily experience this on various scales! Boys and girls are defenseless in their desire to love. I am defenseless in my desire to love and be loved! This case clearly shows you in what a cruel world the entire LGBT community lives. There are many problems in the world, namely violence against women, children and animals, and the culprit is always one – cruelty! So let’s stand up for the victims of any violence, and let it be the LGBT community today. ⠀ We have the opportunity to change something. This is the first such case in Kazakhstan, when we can attract so many people to this problem! Let’s not stand aside. We must help people to love, work, and openly walk the streets without fearing to declare their orientation! I’m for a world where you don’t have to be afraid for someone you love!

Ранее, что молодой казахский исполнитель Азамат Сыздыков, выступающий под псевдонимом «The Kitchen Songs», презентовал клип на песню «Екеумiзге барiбiр» — о любви, которая не имеет границ. Композиция Азамата «Екеумiзге барiбiр» воспевает настоящую любовь, вне зависимости от национальности, расовой принадлежности, вероисповедания, пола и сексуальной ориентации.
